Why It Matters Being ISO 17025 Accredited and ISO 9001:2015 Certified

At Ledoux & Company, our full-service laboratory follows the strictest guidelines, procedures and quality control measures to maintain accuracy and precision and to meet the high standards demanded of this voluntary, third-party standards setter and reviewer.

This includes the use of proper standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST). We use only the most trusted methods to assay a wide variety of automotive and petrochemical catalysts, as well as precious metals and base metals, in all types of materials. Our assay results are commercial grade and used for umpires, control purposes and financial exchanges.

Our quality management system is thoroughly evaluated on a regular basis to ensure continued technical competence and compliance with ISO 17025. We renewed our ISO 17025 accreditation in July 2020, with an extended scope of accreditation that includes certification methods for Electronic Scrap analysis.  Additionally, our scope of accreditation includes testing of automotive and petrochemical catalysts, slurries, and gold alloys.  

We conisider our ISO 17025 accreditation critical for our continued success for it is the single most important standard for calibration and testing laboratories around the world. Laboratories that are accredited to this international standard have demonstrated that they are technically competent and able to produce precise and accurate test and/or calibration data every time.
